My JournalI retired from the Crawford County Sheriff's Department at end of December 2004. Prior to my retirement several local attorney's suggested that I go into private investigation and civil process service. In a short time, I found out that other retired law enforcement officers had done the same thing. What separated me from the others was my experience and education, having both a Senior Law Enforcement Certification and B/S in Criminal Justice. During the last five years at the sheriff's department, I had been the civil division supervisor and law enforcement instructor. I have taught law enforcement classes including civil process statewide. I maintain my Instructors certification and will make myself available to provide instruction in the future. Based on my experience in both fields it was natural for me start my own company. I have never done anything that I have enjoyed as much as this. I have exposed insurance fraud, located witness in old cases and even found deadbeat parents that refused to pay child support. I have located and served civil process on those who thought they were untouchable. I've located and recovered several million dollars worth of property and equipment for owners, banks and leasing companies. Witness locate is one of the major services I provide for law firms and insurance companies nation wide. I am trained in and can interview the witness for the client, making a video or audio recording of the interview. I have been called upon to testify in court as an expert witness in the fields of law enforcement, civil process and aviation. I am also a commercial pilot with over 4000 hours of pilot-in-command time. I have an aircraft available for those long or quick trips. I'm ready to put my 35 years of experience to work for you!
